We partnered to build two separate applications that addressed these needs head-on: a client-facing intake platform and a fully automated AI-powered research tool.

1. Client-Facing Intake Platform

TalentNeuron works with organizations worldwide, providing insights into labor market trends, talent availability, and workforce planning. Their teams needed a way to centralize client information, streamline intake, and ensure seamless access to tools and data.

We developed a secure, Salesforce-integrated platform where client-facing teams could:

  • Collect and organize all client data in one place

  • Enable single sign-on (SSO) so clients could access reports, dashboards, and communication tools from one portal

By consolidating data and simplifying access, the platform allowed TalentNeuron’s customers to see real-time updates of requests, timelines of task completions, and access reports on their KPIs in a single, secure location. 2. AI-Powered Research Automation Platform

The Challenge
Before our work together, TalentNeuron’s research team relied on manual processes to gather, clean, and analyze labor market data from multiple sources. This was slow, error-prone, and a major bottleneck, with report production taking 5-8 days on average.

Our Solution
We built an end-to-end Web Research Automation Platform that:

  • Scrapes relevant data from multiple sources, including internal platforms

  • Cleans, consolidates, and normalizes datasets for consistency

  • Automates business logic into a single, uniform methodology

  • Leverages GenAI to extract keywords from job descriptions, augment data, and generate “nearby roles” automatically

With the first phase of our intelligent data processing model in place, TalentNeuron reduced report production time from 5-8 days to just 1.5 hours.
